Replace x5 oyster lights to LED down lights

Fix a flickering down light in the bathroom. Tried changing the light bulb with no luck. Fix faulty PowerPoint where one switch does not work (switch cannot turn on)

We would like additional downlights and power points. We also need our dishwasher turned on and the downlights in the bathroom checked as they aren’t working.

I need an experienced electrician to replace 2 light fittings in the bedrooms. The fittings were installed by another electrician, but every time I turn on the light, the lightbulbs blow. The lighting showroom has sent me two replacement fittings, but I need someone to install them and make sure they don’t continue to blow. I need to disconnect an old gas stove and block the gas line. No need to remove the gas stove from the property as I have removalists to do that on Wednesday.
