Hi! I need help with the powerpoint. There were sparkles coming out, so needs to be checked/fixed.

Need fixed ASAP: The power sockets in our living room have stopped working. Nothing seems to be switched off on the fuse box though. Please trouble shoot fuse box / sockets.

After switching the electricity off from the sub-board for the whole unit the aircon split systems work but only for 2 mins and then they start flushing and switch off (it looks like if they were ON but don’t work) I need someone to come and check it and fix this afternoon or evening. I have a 9kg Fisher Paykel Heat Pump Dryer - DH9060P1 The dryer is 3 years old so still quite new. Over the past 12-18 months the performance of the dryer has been deteriorating. It is taking longer and longer to dry clothes. It has now stopped drying clothes entirely.

A qualified electrician to install and replace existing lights with 3 x pendant lights (hallway & living area) 2 x ceiling lights (Bedrooms) 2 x Spot light (bathroom, kitchen) 1 x Veranda light Could be done either Monday 16 or 23 Dec.

Lighting module for apartment seems to have failed. Woke up 1 morning and none of the apartment lights worked - room switch push buttons do nothing and small lights indicated status on buttons all off. After playing with switch box - the lights did turn on when lighting switch was toggled off (was originally still on when first occured) and then back on. So lighting now now works, but can only be turned off an on from main switchboard, and can only turn all lights for entire apartment one/off together. The is a single light for balcony which seems to work fine and is unaffected. All other power in the apartment is fine. There is also light in 1 room which now doesnt turn on at all, even when all lights are on when switchboard activited, and which seems to have died during this period (am assuming the bulb is fine and this is related) The building manager has advised this is a known building issue and usually cause by a problem with the ABB branded KNX Dali lighting control system. See photo as reference. The system appears to cnosist of an actuator (SA/S 8.16.5.1), power supply unit (SV/S 30.320.1.1) and emergency lighting module (DG/S 1.16.1) Need an electrician to diagose and fix the module. Hopefully it is still functional but needs re-programming. The building manager has provided me a 'programming' file which apparently provided the setting/program to imjplement if required. The file type is a ".knxproj" and i cant open it - am assuming you might have an idea on how to open or upload this to the system if/as needed. Seperate to this there are 2 down-lights in hallway which were not working prior to this issue occurring, and would hope to get this fixed at same time (but this is secondary priority) . I think these are probably cause by a failed transformer, but happy to discuss this seperately.

Car is bmw series 1 2007 2.0 L diesel . It had compression issues before , it’s not starting now no electrical issues cause stereo and lights are on and ignition firing . I understand it could be a bigger problem but I just need someone who can help starting it to avoid towing it to my mechanic far away . Thanks

Our gas has been turned off and turned back on again, but hot water has not returned. I am assuming the water has tank needs to be re lit, but it is behind the kitchen cabinet.
