I have a 9kg Fisher Paykel Heat Pump Dryer - DH9060P1 The dryer is 3 years old so still quite new. Over the past 12-18 months the performance of the dryer has been deteriorating. It is taking longer and longer to dry clothes. It has now stopped drying clothes entirely.

Lighting module for apartment seems to have failed. Woke up 1 morning and none of the apartment lights worked - room switch push buttons do nothing and small lights indicated status on buttons all off. After playing with switch box - the lights did turn on when lighting switch was toggled off (was originally still on when first occured) and then back on. So lighting now now works, but can only be turned off an on from main switchboard, and can only turn all lights for entire apartment one/off together. The is a single light for balcony which seems to work fine and is unaffected. All other power in the apartment is fine. There is also light in 1 room which now doesnt turn on at all, even when all lights are on when switchboard activited, and which seems to have died during this period (am assuming the bulb is fine and this is related) The building manager has advised this is a known building issue and usually cause by a problem with the ABB branded KNX Dali lighting control system. See photo as reference. The system appears to cnosist of an actuator (SA/S 8.16.5.1), power supply unit (SV/S 30.320.1.1) and emergency lighting module (DG/S 1.16.1) Need an electrician to diagose and fix the module. Hopefully it is still functional but needs re-programming. The building manager has provided me a 'programming' file which apparently provided the setting/program to imjplement if required. The file type is a ".knxproj" and i cant open it - am assuming you might have an idea on how to open or upload this to the system if/as needed. Seperate to this there are 2 down-lights in hallway which were not working prior to this issue occurring, and would hope to get this fixed at same time (but this is secondary priority) . I think these are probably cause by a failed transformer, but happy to discuss this seperately.
