Find an experienced handyman in Bondi Beach

I have a leak behind a wall on the 2nd floor. The plasterboard and carpet are wet. I need the leak found and fixed, then the wall re-done The wall is not near a bathroom, so it’s not a burst pipe or plumbing. It’s an adjoining wall to the next door house. It leaks when it rains, so it’s either a skylight or roof leak, or an issue next door.

Repair hopefully minor car bumper damage. Audi S3 2016 Black. Two holes and slight crack on the bit above as per photos.

Installation of 1 set of roman blinds into a brick wall. The blinds are from DIY blinds - instructions are in the attached image.
