The brand seems to be "AST" however l'm unsure if this is exactly correct. The battery is also flat (dead), and may need a new battery.

URGENT: The thin white fibre optic NBN wire coming out of my wall, that plugs into my NBN box via the green connector/plug, has fallen out of the green connector plug.
