My chandelier light has fallen down from the celling, needs to be rewired and put back

I have bought a couch from marketplace and found that one side of the electric recliner doesn’t work due to 2 snapped cords. The cords need to be reconnected (not to each other, but to other cords).

We need someone ASAP to come over and move an electric outlet and some wires in the next few hours as we have a crew here moving some radiators.

Electrolux dryer is coming up with an EHO error and won’t start. Google suggests maybe something with the power and have tried myself without any luck. Hoping for someone with expertise to assist
