There’s a few issues with the driveway electric gate which seemed to be caused by the switch mechanism inside the power box. I would love to have this fixed by next Friday at the very latest. Examples: 1. Gate switch doesn’t fall into place every time i open the gate so very often once the gate has opened completely, the switch gets reactivated and pushes the gate back towards closing direction by about 10-20cm. 2. When opening gate goes further beyond the track limit and has started to slowly dig into the soil 3. Cog wheel sometimes slows down the gate closing automation. It makes a noise as if something was stuck underneath

Change 2 down lights- one is not working in bathroom- with high heritage ceiling. The second is flashing in the kitchen- with regular height ceiling. Roof recently painted in kitchen so excess paint has made this down light case hard to remove.
