Needing Electrician to extend power from the down light to the roller blind less than 1 Meter apart. Wiring needs to be concealed in the roof.

1 light switch can't be turned off. Seems to be a mechanical problem. Everytime when I tried to flip it off, it will bounce back the on position. The 2nd light switch works okay but it's abit dodge. See images for details.

My electric hot water unit has stopped working and smells when I switch it off from the fuse box. I need it to be repaired or replaced by a licensed plumber. I don’t know how old it is, I moved in my apartment 4 years ago. It seems to be about 200 litres.

Hi all, UPDATE: added downlights photo, did measurement of the round hole, it is about 28.5cm circumferences I have 11 downlights that I would like to upgrade into dimmable LED downlights. It’s a working restaurant, I need it to be fixed asap. The light is hanging from the ceiling. It has to be screwed it back to the ceiling.

I have 1 dual power point needs fixing. The outlets no longer provide electricity. One button is loosing.
