Looking for a qualified electrician only. I recently purchased a chandelier for my apartment kitchen, but a previous electrician advised that it might be too heavy for my apartment ceiling. They mentioned that they couldn’t access the roof cavity, which made securing it difficult. I’d really love to make this work since I’ve already invested a lot in the piece. I’m hoping to get a second opinion on possible solutions, such as: • Installing a ceiling reinforcement bracket or joist mount • Using a ceiling hook and chain to redistribute the weight • Exploring alternative mounting options that might work within my apartment’s structure Would you be available to assess the space and let me know if there’s a way to install it safely? I have a stove installed in my kitchen bench. The stove needs to be plugged in for the sparker to go. Looking for someone to put in a powerpoint under the bench top to plug the stove into.
