I need an electrician for what I think is a fairly easy job - install a new driver for a strip light. See picture. This will replace the old driver, which has stopped working.

I’m seeking the installation of an electric winch (34kg) in the attic of a house, above an attic collapsible ladder. The Bunnings catalogue number for this winch is: I/N: 0036279(if you would like to see the type of winch to be installed). Also, as part of the installation if possible, for the winch to be pushed out of the way when not in use! (Please note, the photos are not from the installation location,but everything else is identical, …the ladder, the opening to the attic is exact.) There is standing workable space above the attic ladder for the installation to take place!

I've done a DIY install of my van. I would like a qualified electrician to come and look over what i've done and answer a few questions and complete a couple of jobs.
