Our old wired in smoke alarm is chirping at regular intervals. Last time this happened to another one we had to replace it as it is 20 years old. The old one in the pics is with the lights. The other pic is of the model we swapped too that covers carbon dioxide too. Cost is to do the work but you will also need to add on cost of the actual alarm for you to provide.

Replace existing down light with light fitting

A small office needs a blind 240cm x 140cm hung (drill required + ladder) up to 6 prints hung (with 3M velco stickers which we will supply, we can also supply spirit leveler) and 2 x white boards fixed to wall (drill required). Approx time estimated 1.5 hours - 2 hours. Image of window where blind needs to be hung supplied. Idealy this would be done Friday between 9:30 - 2pm however can potentially be flexible.
