Need 2 lights fitted on a wall

I have 2 light switches in my apartment that are broken and need to be replaced. These switches connects to both light and exhaust fan. Please include total cost in your quote (labour + material). Certified electrician only.

Move a wall power point from bottom of the wall to above bench top and add an additional point for wall cabinet lighting on top. For the top one, I think I just need a wire with plug point coming out from the wall behind the top cabinet and I just sit it on top of the cabinet.

I need a powerpoint to be installed in a cement sheet external wall (just above pot in photo). The location is in an external courtyard approximately 2m from the back wall of the house. There is power located on the other side of the wall. Third photo shows power inside back door. Location of power point is behind pot plant.

Electric blackout roller shutter needs recalibrating

I have two lights I'd like replaced above my bed with wifi led downlights. I do not have access to a ladder but I have a local bunnings 10 mins away. I do not have a car so would require you to buy correct bulbs and replace the two in my bedroom.

We need some electrical work done including - Run power from the back of a gondola, through the skirting into a pre existing power point. - 2 x Dummies mounted on the wall including running the light box power through the wall into a pre existing power point. Note that these are power leads that need a plug installed (not sure the correct lingo) Please quote me accordingly.
