Replacing a couple downlights on outdoor canopy

Location: owner occupied apartment unit. 2 bathrooms needing installation of heatlamps- see pics of unit + the ceiling space. heatlamp units provided. happy to change unit if not compatible with ceiling space. unit purchased is ultra low profile. Also, have 2 light switches: switch 1- change to blank plate (supply provided). switch 2- change plate because top switch is popping out. (supply provided)

I have a popup power point to be installed in the middle of the large island bench in my kitchen. Benchtop is resin. There is a void along the centre which I believe is big enough; access to this is by moving the winde fridge out. The device plugs in, no wiring needed.

Hi! I need someone to help fix a small electric circuit. Cables snapped and I dont have the equipment to fix it myself. Easy job, basically strip the wires, weld them back on the cicruit, glue everything so it doesn't break again. Attached are pictures of previous broken + fixed product. Located South Melbourne. Replace batteries in smoke alarm 2.6m high ceiling and replace a hard wired smoke alarm that's not working. You will need to supply the new alarm.

We need someone to disconnect the gas and disassemble the electric tandoor. The equipment is in kitchen, so we will need to move it out of the kitchen as well.

Need 2 lights fitted on a wall

I have 2 light switches in my apartment that are broken and need to be replaced. These switches connects to both light and exhaust fan. Please include total cost in your quote (labour + material). Certified electrician only.

Move a wall power point from bottom of the wall to above bench top and add an additional point for wall cabinet lighting on top. For the top one, I think I just need a wire with plug point coming out from the wall behind the top cabinet and I just sit it on top of the cabinet.

I need a powerpoint to be installed in a cement sheet external wall (just above pot in photo). The location is in an external courtyard approximately 2m from the back wall of the house. There is power located on the other side of the wall. Third photo shows power inside back door. Location of power point is behind pot plant.

Removal of old oven, including power/electrical and install new oven. It's a 60cm oven. Original oven is connected to mains, the new one is a 240v wall socket (no need to install), just a safe removal of the old power cord.
