Requires replacement. -2x smoke detectors require changing - would prefer new units to have lithium 10 year batteries - Socket outlet with extra switch, has a cracked mechanism. Requires replacement - Single gang light switch in master bedroom is cracked. Requires replacement - Socket outlet with extra switch in the middle is cracked. Requires replacement - Switchboard upgrade to provide individual earth leakage protection to the oven and A/C circuits. You will need to arrange access via my managing agent.
