I'd be looking at getting the following 4 x electrical tasks done. Important: Due to a new property settlement time on Mon 21st Oct, and other trades which are already scheduled in to start works on Tues 22nd Oct, I'd would need these items below completed late afternoon (4pm onwards) on Mon 21st Oct / before Tues 22nd Oct. 1. Run / set up power for when waterfall peninsular bench will be installed in approximately 1 months time. The bench will include 2 x GPO sockets at either end, and a LED strip light. These items will all be placed underneath the stone top, and located at the top corners, behind the cabinetry (in knee recess). 2. Hang a pendant light above where the peninsular bench will be installed. Including installing a double dimmer switch on a wall near to the where the bench position will be, used to control both the LED under bench light, and also the dimmable hanging pendant light. 3. Run power (install GPO) on bottom of wall to a where the standalone cabinet will be installed. 4. Set up TV Unit GPO (and HDMI / cabelling channel outlet) half way up a wall, ready for a wall mounted TV install.

Have recently tiled small kitchen. Now needs 8 tiles to be cut with an angle grinder (?) to fit final tiles around electric sockets.

Looking for electrician or handyman to fix up a couple of things. I already have the new parts.

I would like the old power board replaced by a new power board in a 1 b/r flat on the 1st floor. The flat has a gas cooktop and oven and an aircon converter.

upgrade switch board in appartment. remove the existing switch board， supply and install new switchboard， 5 RCBO and main switch. Electrical safety certificate.

Replace 7 switches, 5 sockets, remove 3 TV sockets, check if upgrade is required to replace gas stove to electric. Please see photos of switch box and distance to oven. If so, I’m also looking for a free quote to get it done. Licensed electricians ONLY. Thanks

Provision & install heat lamp/light in the bathroom 2. Install new light (already have) in the living room 3. Assess opportunity to install new power points in bathroom, office, living room, and bedroom (we have masonry walls - may need to lay under some condi) 4. The 3 tasks are: - new power point in a wardrobe. Power line can be fed from power box, (approx 6m) through bulkhead to back of wardrobe. - new power plug in cupboard. Power already in place in cupboard. - wiring in home automation switch to the back of a light switch. May need deeper hole to be made where the switch is.

Button for drivers electric window has come loose so falls inside the door unit. Window still goes up and down if you hold the button and get it just right so it doesn't fall in, just need to fix/replace the button/unit in the door. Car is a 2003 Volkswagon Golf
