I accidentally leaned a pole against the window when the shutter was up. My wife didn’t notice and activated the switch to bring it down but it was stopped three quarters of the way down by the pole. I requested a FTTP connection and NBN company came to do the upgrade and installed the box, however, the contractor couldn’t find a way to pass the fibre cable into my house, and asked me to look for a electrician to run the cable before they come to install another box in the house.
