Find an experienced handyman in Subiaco

Top of front gate rubs against support. Seems to have sagged over the years. The middle part and lower part of gate don’t rub on support. I have no idea how to fix this, so that’s why I’m here to get your help. Please note - can’t just bend support the other way as doing so will affect the closing/opening of the doors next to it. Propose to me a solution please that you can do.

We are hanging some floral arrangements (large) onto a brick wall. We need a handy man with a hammer drill and hooks/fixings to help us figure out how best to hang these arrangements and how much weight the existing hooks need to hold. 2 hours or less worth of work. will need all own tools and hooks/wall fixings.
