Our electric garage roller door stopped working a while ago hence we were using it manually. There was a chain for manually locking/unlocking the shutter. Replace electric cooktop Blanco BCCT60N to induction Ikea KOLSTAN. Including wiring and sealing seams. Please check the specs of the old and the new cooktop to make sure the wiring is compatible. It's supposed to fit into the existing kitchen bench. I don't think any carpentry is required.

Planning to install LED strip lights under a shelf and need wiring run to power them. The wiring should be set up for an easy connection once the shelf is in place. There’s no Gyprock at the moment, and there’s an existing power outlet right below (see photo). Thanks!

NBN phone line needs to be installed. It looks like there is an old one but it doesn’t seem to be working says the Internet provider people on their end. Also one of the wires seems to be cut, I think it’s very old - so I would imagine a new installation. Can arrange payment on day to see how much it is comment on here Thanks
