Need to install 2 taps in apartment bathroom. Should take less than 45 minutes. Also need to make sure any leaps are repaired.

I have 5 rubber vehicle wheel stops that require holes drilled in concrete and coach screws through the wheel stops into plastic plugs. (materials supplied) a rotary hammer drill is required. I have an aluminum pergola roof that needs brackets to be attached with metal screws to hold the roof battens to the joists. Brackets, screws and paint supplied. A cordless drill/driver and small step ladder is required.

The taps in the apartment have very weak water pressure. I checked with building mgmt and they said it’s because the taps are old and plumber needs to fix. Please quote price for all fees including anything that needs to be purchased. I need the kitchen sink tap and the bathroom tap pressure to be stronger. Would be good if shower pressure could be stronger too. Also if I buy a kitchen tap from Bunnings how much is it to change the tap? Thanks

Shower taps need replacement

I need someone to remove a door, plane the bottom of the door to stop it scraping on the floor and then re-hang the door. They may also need to glue the timber veneer back in place as it has come away from the face of the door a little.

Fridge keeps running continuously for 5 hours and then trips the main switch. I have another fridge with same brand for spare parts to be used.

I have a minor roof leak which occurred during the heavy Sydney rain two weeks ago. A crack has formed in my ceiling and water was entering through it. It is only a small part of the (easily accessible) roof, near some skylights and possibly just some gaps need to be sealed in the problem area. A gap has been patched up with silicone before and I think a new layer needs to be applied. If there are other gaps along the wall or flashing that need to be sealed, or a different recommended solution from an experienced roofer or carpenter I'm open to it.

Replacing 3 sections of Kitchen Benchtop. One is a freestanding 2 door cabinet. The other two are ether side of Kitchen sink.

My GHD is beeping and won’t heat up

We need a removal of a wasps nest. Normally I would do it myself but this one is too high on the side of the house. You will need a pretty long ladder. Happy for you to come early in the morning or late in the evening when they are less active. Happy for the task to be done in the next 4 days. Monday and Tuesday only available before 8 or after 4pm Arrow on the picture to show where the nest is

Need help doing silly kinda unnecessary lil diy pest control tricks to block off the shared space between me, and the rats, mice, wasp, bees, flying cockroaches, SYDNEY funnel web RIP abominations. Cannot confirm any concrete evidence of pests but sometimes, we let intrusive thoughts take hold. Nature is already ruined by this manmade landscape called Sydney city baby. So stuff the bees. We eat potato chips from a bag anyways?? All materials will be supplied. Need you to stuff steel wool in every crevice in the floorboards, wall, any entry opportunities, underneath my garage where I literally fought a rat trying to get in… which means they already in. And top it off with the plethora of gap fillers from my manic Bunnings trip. ALSO some help with other tidbits like spraying my diy pest spray around the perimeter of my small terrace city studio unit. Any tips for my balcony plant sitch to deter bees n wasps. Sweep the balcony or help take down three pieces of laundry I’ve abandoned outside ever since bee flew inside so I left it to the forces of all weather since. And mb scrub my garage floor n metal stairs I don’t have time for bc got the rest of the mess of flipping my place upside down over my own jumpy shadow to clean up. Very silly job. No laughing at me. Utmost serious professionalism n belief towards me pls. But no, I wasn’t sure to post this or not.
