𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: • Changing several power points from a “slimline” design to a more traditional and sturdy design; • Straightening power points that are on an angle (two pairs); • Adding one or two power points in the main bedroom, and potentially one more power point in the spare bedroom; • Potentially running an ethernet cable from the NBN box/router through the walls/ceiling to the spare bedroom, to hardwire a second ethernet port; • Potentially changing several light switches to a more modern style; • Putting in a proper port for the NBN cable (at the moment it is simply a cable hanging through a hole in the wall); • Fixing a smoke alarm; and • Depending on cost, potentially changing several light fittings (simply changing the light fittings, to a more modern design, in the same positions), along with potentially installing a strip of bar lights above the dining table. We do not know whether any of these will be particularly difficult or not, and depending on cost, may decide to get all eight jobs completed or less. We would appreciate any quote that includes the cost of each request, roughly 🙂. We have recently purchased this unit, and hence we wish to get this work done soon.
