Water pressure becomes too low when two or more taps are running at the same time in the house. For example when toilet is flushed or washing machine is running the water pressure in the bathroom taps drops significantly, some times water doesn't even flow from shower head. SA water did a recent check and found water pressure at the supply tap located outside the house to be fine. They flagged it as a potential PRV issue. Hotwater is also temperamental and comes and goes.Need a plumber to first inspect the cause of the issue and then fix it.

Need to replace bathroom taps. Previously replaced washers and reset seal without meaningful success. Now right tap has corroded so much the tap assembly doesn’t fit the valve. As such I suspect top and bottom assembly needs to replaced. Also, looking for similar taps to be supplied (flexible with look).

I am looking to make 100mm or 150mm cantilever steps and think the most effective way would be to make modular slabs. I also want to make some large 1m x 1m steppers/pavers as well. The price is to make the mould and then I'm happy to pay for the pouring separately once we get to that. I have about 30 steps and 30 steppers to make.
