I have a concrete wall that needs needs a set if steps and a path added.

I need all roof ridge caps repointed and sealed (where appropriate), front and back gables sealed and roof inspected from within cavity and sealed in any areas that look like they may leak. Roof leaked during storm, some photos attached of interior. Most likely culprit is ridge needs repointing as no tiles are broken and they seem to be in decent shape ect. Front back gables look like they would let water in heavy rain as there are seams, so those need sealing as well. Single story home, tiled roof with two interior manholes. Have spare tiles on hand if needed, but unlikely required as there are no obvious broken tiles. Will need before and after photos. Roofing experience is well regarded and you would need insurance and own ladder/s. - Due date: Flexible but asap

I am seeking the complete removal of 4 x clumps of bamboo from my property: (a) 3 X bamboo clumps and roots (approx 1m X 1m base and up to 8m high) located near front fence - see photo. (b) 1 X bamboo clump and roots (smaller in size but more spread - about 4m wide, 1m deep and only 2m high) located near side fence - see photo. This work would require the right tools/machinery and skills. Care will need to be made with regards underground utilities when removing the 3 bamboo clumps from the front fence line.
