Needs cement filling in the gap between bricks and cement filling in the stone floor in backyard.

Remove 4x small stumps (grind down so new slab can be laid). Note: two small trees in the pic have already been cut down, but need stump grinding. Big stump only needs to be cut about half the size (not grinder out) so a deck can be built over top of it.

Lampshade broken at the base - Due date: Flexible

A number of things to fix: 1. Kitchen tap handle - the screw that held tap in place is missing and the handle keeps detaching. I'd like it to stay attached. 2. Kitchen extenda-hose feature - whatever kept the hose up is missing, so it stays extended. Currently using rubber bands to keep up, but they keep undoing / breaking. 3. Pantry shelves - the braces that keep the shelves in place are loose and keep detaching, so the shelves collapse. I've only pictured the worst one but there are at least 3 shelves that need a fix. 4. Bathroom tap - should swivel but regularly (weekly) needs the base screw tightened. Hoping for a more permanent solution. 5. CD / Picture stand - the frame has detached from the base. 6. Bathroom door handle - I've removed but need replacement put in. I'll purchase the replacement and need it installed. - Due date: Flexible
