The fence, made of concrete cinder blocks, has partially fallen and needs to be re-stacked and stabilized. The hedge above the fence is also slightly overgrown but can be trimmed back to allow for easier access to the fence if needed. Hello, Our downstairs toilet is constantly refilling and water entering the bowl. The issue has been happening for several weeks now and we have resorted to turning the water off at the wall. I am sure it is an easy fix for an experienced handy person. The toilet is “imperial” brand if that helps. I have included a photo also.
