1. Water leak from toilet cistern into toilet bowl. Caroma brand. Need new valve. For two toilets. Photo provided. Same brand and design of both toilets. Must provide parts to fix the leak. 2. Change new tap washers and new o'rings for 10 taps (i.e. 5 sets of hot and cold taps) inside 2 bathrooms and 2 garden taps (outside). Total of 12 new tap washers and 12 new o'rings. Must provide new washers and o'rings.

Removal of tree stumps in garden. Must do a good job and not cause any damage to surroundings.

Two doors which are just recently painted need weatherstripping done. - Door 1: We have the black rubber seals ready for the sides and top of the door, but feel we may need something extra at where the red arrows pointed. Bought few options from Bunnings but can't be sure if suitable. Therefore I feel the best approach might be for you to come inspect first, discuss options then go Bunnings quickly. - Door 2: Existing seal ready to be installed.

I’ve drilled a hole in the floorboards in the front room, and in the back room of my house , and I need someone to go under the house into the crawlspace, (which is dry) to run the ethernet cable . Brivis heater Actron air add on unit Both units are in working order. Return air duct collapsed, causing aircon\heating to fail. Flu will also need to be checked and glued in a spot or 2 where it joins so that it does not come apart. Require duct to be replaced with correct sized ductwork, see images of the run. Removal of 16 hedge stumps. I have removed 4 already. The hedge tree was an emerald lustre and has fairly shallow roots but still takes a bit of digging around it and cutting the roots. See photo. Would also be good to remove some of the remaining roots so we can plant the new hedge trees. I have a small and a large pick axe as well as an electric pruner to cut the roots. - Due date: Before Friday, 24 November 2023

3 showers need caulking and resealing and mould removal? some grouting has been damaged/broken. Also 3 sinks need mould removal and resealing with possible silicone but not sure (see photos) and 2 benchtops (1 bathroom and kitchen) need mould removal and either resealing or caulking. Mirrors not necessary to fix but if can do it as well then will be better. - Due date: Flexible
