There are some loose and cracked tiles on the steps at the front of our house. We need these fixed as soon as possible. At present they present a trip risk and we need them made safe and to look good. There are a few smaller tiles that have dislodged over the years and would need to be stuck back on also.

Replace leaking old hot and cold shower tap with a new one. I have got the taps to be replaced.

My 2 toilets needs to be fixed, as they both ghost flush and the flush buttons gets stuck resulting them continually refilling the cistern. Internal cistern parts will be required or you may offer installation of 2 new cisterns with internal parts. I also need 4 tap washers replaced, and possibly new tap heads to stop water drip. We have about 3.5m3 of topsoil we need moved up to the back of our yard. We're almost finished doing it ourselves but have run out of time). We have a mini loader ('Kanga Kid') and 2 conveyor belts (hired). Basically, our yard is sloped and the top soil is at the front of the house. So, one person drives the mini loader to pick up the dirt and tip it onto the conveyor belt, it then falls onto the second conveyor belt and dirt falls into a wheelbarrow on the top level of the yard and that second person tips the dirt in piles where needed (would also be good to have it raked out but if there isn't enough time that's fine). See pics for how it's been working. We're about halfway done at the top level now so it should only take a couple of hours - max 3 hours. The conveyor belts were temporarily moved so they will need to be moved back so people will need to be able to lift 45kg each (the heaviest one is 90kg). Only thing you need to bring is your own gloves for pulling the dirt forward when it falls in the wheelbarrow) and to be able to operate a mini loader with relative ease. Not a hard of overly onerous job. Would prefer two people who are able to come to our place first thing tomorrow to get it finished in the morning but its a very late notice task so early afternoon is fine too. It's a straight forward and not too onerous task, but short notice and would like it done quickly so we're willing to pay $80/hr per person including fees. Priority is for people who can arrive here in the morning.
