Upstairs shower is leaking and has made a wet patch on the ceiling downstairs. Need to fix leak and any ceiling damage. Price is open for negotiation based on actual damage assessment.

Simpson washing machine leaking

Hi Airtaskers, I want to replace my small kitchen's benchtops with IKEA laminates. No need for replacing the existing cabinets. Measurements - > The stove side is 1.75m, sink side is 2.5m, and the breakfast side is 1.4m > The depth is 60cm, except the breakfast side which is 75cm. > The current thickness is 3cm The Ikea benchtop I have selected is - https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/ekbacken-worktop-white-marble-effect-laminate-80335626/ I need the tasker to cut the benchtops to provision for the Gas cooktop and Sink. I need this to be done ASAP.

We have a customer needing 2 x 3M Rubber Speed Humps removed from their driveway and disposed of. All Fixing bolts will need to be removed and if any left remaining these will need to be ground off flush with surface.

I want to change current shower taps to shower mixture as current taps have leaking issues. This task required opening of external bathroom wall to replace crank connectors or shower breach or do other necessary changes before fitting new mixture or reusing existing taps.
