I just bought a new washing machine and after installation was told I needed new taps. Bought the taps, now need them installed by someone that knows what they’re doing. The tap in the sink next to the washing machine also drips. Would be great to have that looked at.

Ground floor entrance to two units and stairs - concrete to be cleaned of paint residue, repaired and sealed (clear). Own equipment required.

We have two olive trees in the backyard, to be cut down and the stumps grinded. We would prefer a contractor with a mulcher so that the waste can be mulched and left on site to be spread around the garden. It is probably 1-1.5 trailer loads of green waste in total, as a guesstimate. It would probably take two workers a approximately 0.5-1 day to get it done.
