Need two stumps grinded. They are sending offshoots so need them grinded atleast a few cms below the ground so they are killed. One is 150 cm One is 130 cm in circumference 45 cm in diameter at the widest point One of them has a secondary small stump which should also be removed. It's covery with grass right now which we will remove beforehand. All the vegetation around the stump will be removed by me prior Don't know how much this should cost so leaving it low. Moving out of a current property in Ferntree Gully that needs to be as close to original condition when I finish the lease. There are a number of painting touchups on walls, ceilings and other places, holes in walls that need to be fixed up including one wall in particular, a relatively large plaster panel needs to be replaced, I need all hooks and anything adhesive taken off the walls, also need doors fitted back on, some doorhandles changed over and if available within the same service, I need a deep Vacate Clean. I can send you a video for a brief house walk-through to get a basic understanding of what is required, the platform won’t allow me to send it here though. I'm looking for a painter to help with some paint chip touch-up jobs. Our two-bedroom unit has several paint chips on some walls and ceilings in our living, common bedroom, master bedroom and bathroom. The chip itself is small, sized around 1cm - 3cm. Except in the bathroom where it's rather long. We don't need to paint the whole wall or ceiling, just touch up the chips.
