I need to replace 2 x steps from an external wooden staircase. The edges of the old steps have begun to rot and are no longer safe. I have the old step pieces as templates and just need 2 new steps formed of the exact same size and shape (which I can then fit). This will probably require someone to laminate together some smaller pieces of wood to form the required steps. The original steps were made of merbau (and so replacement in merbau would be preferred) but as the steps will be stained then a similar toned replacement wood should be OK.

Steps to be formed and made of concrete with a non-slip broom finish. Concrete should have SL72 mesh reinforcing. Step risers to be 180mm and step treads to be 300mm. There should be a small landing at top of steps. Steps to be width of gate, approximately 1 meter wide. All soil excavated need to be removed from site. A timber handrail need to be installed using 90x90mm H4 treated pine as posts and 90x45 H3 treated pine as the handrail. Posts must be concreted into the ground. Handrail to be 1 meter from ground level.
