I need a qualified builder to inspect and provide a quote for repairing/replacing the rotten sections of the handrail on my front steps/porch. As shown in the attached photos, some parts of the wood have deteriorated significantly and need attention. I am needing some hardwood planks replaced on my back steps due to wear and tear and looking for some quotes for the job. Is this something you can help with? It's a body corporate issue (we are self managed), so I am gathering some quotes at the moment to take to my B/C for deliberation. The measurements of the planks that are currently in place are 92 x 24 x 4cm. I believe it’s about 3 of these size planks that need replacing, possibly 4. Whoever did the last job has countersunk the bolts and so the planks are starting to rot from moisture. I am located in Kedron.
