I need a qualified, licensed and EXPERIENCED plumber to do the following job. 1) Swap over 1 basin set (each basin set has 2 taps and basin spout ) Swap old washer taps to ceramic disc taps, swap old spout to new. 2) Swap over 2 wall mounted washer taps in the shower to 2 ceramic disc taps. The spindles of the new taps are too short. These require using either pvc ceramic disc spindle extenders (from Bunnings) and cutting any extra length off, or using an older style shorter spindle extender from a washer tap. The Performa brass ceramic disc spindle body extenders from Reece (product number 9502856 see photo) are too long and will not work. 2 fly screens to be installed on two wind out bedroom windows. I have been having a problem with small fruit flies entering my apartment. Bunnings has a mini weave screen that I can buy which blocks the smallest insects. I can buy other necessary items as well - eg framing material. I need to ensure that the fly screen is fitted very tightly with not even the smallest gaps. Thanks

Touch ups and some patching required around house. There might be areas that are not photographed that need painting. Will provide paint, but will need to work out the colour. Need the painting not be visible as I don’t want to see patches of paint on walls - can it be blended in? 6 hours over 2 days.

The Kitchen sink tap is bit loose on the base where it attaches to the kitchen top. Everything is fine, but it’s just wiggly. I can do it by myself, but don’t have time to fix. Looking for a professional to do it instead.

The taps in my kitchen need to be tightened really hard in order for no water to come out of the tap. If you could advise how to fix and if you think I should get lever taps instead. Also note I believe the plumber who installed these said he needed an adapter or extension as the taps in deep in the wall. Let me know Please detail this in your quote.
