Hey there!! We had a “professional” tiler come and do some tiling for a renovation flip, and he’s completely f’d it up. He’s done tile over tile but the main issue is, he’s used the wrong tile glue (and he was told mid way through the job from a different tiler that it was completely the wrong glue, however kept using it throughout the whole job) so 5 weeks later after him using this glue, we pulled up one of the tiles and it’s still completely wet like cake batter!! So it’s come on building and pest that the tiles just need to be re-laid with proper glue and just resealed because some of them are drummy and now we don’t have time to demo it all and redo it. I know it’s a bit iffy touching another persons work but we are desperate and it’s only the floors! The bathrooms are small and the tiles are 600x600s.
