Have a few broken steps on outdoor concrete steps. Looking for someone to removed three top steps, form up and pour new concrete with reinforcement and oxide colour to match existing steps or if not oxidising paint the stairs so that they match. Remove all waste. Gary Sporton

Looking to remove these steps to activate and use the space underneath for our beach stuff, and to keep it clean. However we still want access up and down so we need a solution which allows us to do so adhoc. Ie/retractable steps... I've seen versions of this online... I'm suggesting $500 as I've no real clue... Any alternate suggestions considered.

My Kitchen taps leak. The washers have been replaced and they still leak! These taps are 50+ years old and are original to the house build... are they worn out and in need of replacing? Can you check them out and advise me, quote for a repair/replace as needed?

The drone crashed into a small bush from about 2 meters high, one of the motors did not work after the crash. I replaced the motor with a DJI part but it still does not work. I would like an estimate to repair and would have it repaired if the repair cost is not excessive.
