Supply and Replace laundry taps to stop a leake

Looking for a handyman who can give us a suggestion on how to fill door track gaps (recently installed new doors and so the old track gaps need filling) and how much it would cost to do that. Open to brick, to concrete, steel covers - whatever the case may be.

Looking for some help with painting and other touch-ups ahead of putting the house on the market. The idea is to improve the look of the property, but no need to spend too much effort making it durable or long-lasting. My preference is that you provide the necessary equipment & paint and charge me for paint, rollers and time spent. Happy to agree on either a fixed price or an hourly rate (subject to a cap). Can start anytime from Mon 15-Jan, to completed by Thu 18-Jan EOD. House will be unoccupied. Specifically requesting help with the following: 1. Painting of 2 bathrooms, 2 toilet rooms & a laundry All rooms are fairly small (bathrooms & laundry are approx. 2m x 2m each, toilet rooms are approx. 1m x 1m each). The rooms are half-tiled, so minimal wall surfaces. A fair amount of patching will be required. Color is currently dark grey, looking to get it painted light grey to match the rest of the house, so at least two coats would likely be required. 2. Touch-up / painting of kitchen cupboards Cupboards were historically dark grey, were painted white two years but with a matte paint so a little bit marked up. Probably best to cover with a semi-gloss paint of the same white color. Happy to take your judgment about whether they need to be painted on all sides or if we can just do fronts. 3. Some exterior wall painting On the front of the house, there is a minor bit of discoloration of the wall under the steps near the floor. Hoping to touch this up without having to paint the entire external wall of the house. 4. Potential fixing of kitchen cupboard doors for corner-doors One of these corner doors (i.e. two pieces of wood with a corner hinge) are quite heavy so it’s been falling off the hinges. Looking for assistance to get it more secured (installing a Kaboodle Corner Door Roller Catch might be enough). Need someone to come around to a house in Nollamara to fix a toilet that won't stop flushing.

Laundry tap is leaking (one set of hot and cold valves) at my rental property. Looking for someone to replace the washers and possibly grind the valve seats. - Due date: Flexible

Paving in a corner is collapsing because there is not a required retaining wall on the other side of the fence. This needs to be reset, with a retainer put in place on the other side. Fence in this corner has moved a bit, and all up along the fence 5 sheets of HardieFence need to be replaced (tree roots the probable cause with 2 of them I think - so this may require attention). Fence is becoming unstable. Picture of paving - it is a bit worse now than the picture indicates. Picture of retaining wall - this is an existing one, about 2.3 metres long. Something similar will need to be put on the other side. I'm happy for someone to sight the job before settling on a price. - Due date: Flexible

Double Kitchen sink to be replaced with new flick mixer tap.I have sink and taps. Laundry flick mixer tap I have to be replaced - Due date: Before Saturday, 25 June 2022

Check/repair taps that are leaking under the sink but otherwise working fine. 2 bathroom mixer taps- both working ok but appear to be corroded/leaking under the sink. Flexi hoses may just need to be replaced. 1 kitchen mixer tap- working ok- just need under sink / flexi hose checked. Flexible with date and time as I work from home Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
