I need a qualified builder to inspect and provide a quote for repairing/replacing the rotten sections of the handrail on my front steps/porch. As shown in the attached photos, some parts of the wood have deteriorated significantly and need attention. Looking for someone with experience in woodwork/structural repairs to come by, assess the extent of the damage, and suggest a solution. X3 cane palm stumps. Already cut down to 70cm and killed. 70cm across. Need to be stump grinder. Easy access. In a drive.

Stump grinding/ removal of 5 elm tree stumps. Mostly small with one about 2 feet high and 18 inches wide with root above ground needing grinding too. Access is through a unit and up some stairs or by lifting grinder over a rail above a retaining wall so small grinder required.

To move fryers and table off the wall to allow space for a new fryer and put the fryers and table back in the same place at the krusty krab seafoods mcdowall fish and chips shop (103 Beckett road Mcdowall QLD 4053) Job will involve stripping and replacement of silicone as the table is connected to the wall with silicone. Remove newel posts from the attached brackets & cut brackets flush to ground level and the remainder rust treated. Cut newel posts at both ends to remove any rot, and primed. The handrails & rebated rails to be cut back to remove the worst of the rot & sealed. The galvanised brackets to be reinstalled , affixed to the concrete pad. The posts to be affixed to the handrail & rebated rails & bolted to the brackets using existing bolts. All fixings to be galvanised.

We need three taps to be replaced (one in each bathroom). We will purchase the taps but old ones will need to be removed and new ones fitted. We also need a new sewer cap with concrete surround fitted in the garden (see photo). Flexible on dates. Cheers Emma
