We require the following repairs around our home after having light fittings changed and a new wardrobe installed. Unable to upload all photos; the most significant holes are pictured. Patch and paint x7 Tidy and paint x2 Tidy cornice x1 Paint exposed walls inside wardrobe. I do not have paint or materials. Remove newel posts from the attached brackets & cut brackets flush to ground level and the remainder rust treated. Cut newel posts at both ends to remove any rot, and primed. The handrails & rebated rails to be cut back to remove the worst of the rot & sealed. The galvanised brackets to be reinstalled , affixed to the concrete pad. The posts to be affixed to the handrail & rebated rails & bolted to the brackets using existing bolts. All fixings to be galvanised.
