Need a plumber to change spa bath spout (already purchased see pics) Bath and basin taps drip unless turned off really hard so they probably require new washers. Housemate tried to replace bathroom basin taps with laundry taps to solve problem but has just made the laundry taps inoperable. Need them swapped back as they were fine before that. Toilet cistern recently started to make a hissing noise and takes longer to fill up. Flush is weaker which made toilet block but was unblocked with a plunger. Probably needs a new inlet valve. Everything is Caroma.

A metal bedframe has fallen into the wall and left some black marks on the wall. In one spot the paint is marked but not chipped and another area has been chipped. I do not have the paint but the damage is minor so with just a good clean it may be sufficient

Require 2x sink tap sets replaced

I have 9 yucca stumps that need digging out the garden. I have already removed the tree with chainsaw and made the cuts into the stump. It needs someone to dig around it to loosen up the earth then crow bar them out. It’s basically just digging and then brute force to get it out. Yucca plants are the devils plant and the root ball- whilst not deep, is a bugger to cut. I’ve been using the chainsaw to make the two cuts into the stump, digging around it, using the crow bar then cutting under the roots and it does come out. Will be here and happy to show you the best way I’ve found but just need some muscle and someone who isn’t afraid to dig for a day!

Patch #1: single brick wall has had a reccessed shower shelf put in, the reverse of that wall needs patching as per pic. Approx 500x500mm Patch #2: Hole in plasterboard where defunct aircon return vent needs taking out. Approx 600x300mm

There is a break in one of the main power supply wires to the drone it is around 10cm long soldering is easy accessable . Seeking to replace one or both of them . The drone functions properly in every other way. Its a TH 3 analogue Drone guy prefered but anyone with circuit board soldering experience concidered.
