We put new external wall cladding outside & the tiler pulled out the two lamps - it need to be put back. No wires were cut. Just holes need to drilled on new tile, lamp fitted back properly.

There are some marks on a bedroom wall - burn marks from LED lighting - paint chips - tape marks from posters There is also a bit of water stain on a ceiling. Need all of these fixed.

We are currently fitting out a restaurant and have installed some faux brick wall panels. There are small gaps between the panels that need to filled in with a mortar/paint product supplied by the manufacturer. We need a second person to help to ensure we get this done on time.

The dishwasher in our North Ryde office appears to be malfunctioning. The tablet compartment doesn’t seem to open at all during the wash cycle, which means the dishes don’t get cleaned. It might be a simple issue with the table compartment opening mechanism. When we looked at it, the small latch seemed a bit loose or flimsy.

Hi, I'd like to replace 1 kitchen water tap, 2 toilette basin mixer taps, 2 shower taps and 1 bath water tap. I found models I want to choose but was told better to check the size before purchase. I guess it will be 2 visits from you. The 1st visit for measuring the size of current taps so I can buy replacing taps. And the 2nd visit is for replacing the 6 taps. If you can help with purchasing, please let me know if I can choose design as well. Prefer to finish all jobs during this week. Thank you.

Have already bought the Estilo wall top assembly for laundry room taps and mixer hoses for bathroom wash basin taps (from the photos). The old ones need to be replaced with the new from the photos.

The rubber of the machine got curls automatically which requires fixing.

Three gaps in flooring need a silicone seal - one between floor and window frame, second between timber floor and entry step & third between laundry tiled floor and adjacent timber floor. Will need to match silicone colour with floor (beige - see photos). Also need new silicone or rubber seal around kitchen sink and bench top - need to match light grey of existing (see photo).

Install valve on the water pipe and change the new taps

Need plumber to remove existing taps and laundry arm, provide and install new taps and laundry arm and measure and install new laundry tub. Need also plumber to glue some white tiles to wall to cover hole in wall.

I need a plumber to come and fix a couple of our taps. One is dripping and the other is spitting out water to the side of the water flow. We also have one whistling toilet. We have multiple taps in the house and would love someone to just have a look at the others to check that they are okay and if more work needs to be done anywhere - we can pay privately on top of this job.
