Need the sink taps changed, I’ve already bought the basin set, it just needs changing. I’ve attached photos of the set and where you’ll be changing them. There’s 2 basins.

I need my lower front steps painted to match the existing colour of my house.

Need stumps and as much of the roots in the immediate vicinity removed as will be putting a driveway over it. Some helpful notes to help with quoting: 1. Three main stumps plus one very small one - see photos: 1. Leopard tree stump about 50cm in diameter at front of property (hardwood), 2. A clump of palm trees about 60-80cm in diameter, 3. A dead white softwood of some kind about 30cm in diameter (will be cut down this Saturday morning), and 4. A very small stump circa 10cm 2. Access is pretty easy at the front through a 3m wide driveway, fairly flat block with some rocks in the way but can be moved 3. Need to cut down and remove most / all of the stump as we will be paving over and also doing a driveway so need to have enough clearance 4. Availability: ideally any time after this Saturday morning ~10am so we can have the dead tree cut down.Free Sat, Sun, or Mon

cut H&C water to existing wall mounted taps above sink. Reconnect water to mixing tap on edge of sink. Some extension of piping required.

Don't know what this would cost so please just send through offers (ignore the $5 obviously) One of the walls in the spare bedroom has plastic panels glued to them with wood glue. They need to be removed and the wall repainted + some small holes to be filled. And just general touch ups around the house for moving out. I have the paint that's needed already from previous work on the place.

Replace the taps and spout in 2 bathrooms and replace the shower heads and taps in one shower.

I was told by the agency during an inspection that these steps and railings are wobbly and rotten beyond repair and hence needs complete replacement. Looking for someone to quote (can arrange for a visit if required).

just has 7 yuccas chainsawed down and the chap said he was unable to cut them closer to the ground. Don't need them stump ground, just need a more heavy duty chainsaw with bigger blade. The 3 photos show the largest and smallest and the whole job

I have water tap problems for basin and washing machine. Photo attached 1 Basin taps spindles is rusted out. The cold tap stops turning halfway upon opening. The hot tap is seeping out water when using. Both taps need replacement. 2. Washing machine taps are leaking water badly when it is turned on. Both taps need replacement. the washing machines is not used to avoid flooding in the laundry.

Currently the left tap is so stiff we don't use it and the right tap leaks from base/cover flange. Figured it'd be easier to replace the taps rather than fix them. Spindles to be serviced plus new lever basin top assembly taps from Bunnings to be installed, tested and working properly. Sink is sealed on bench and so access under the sink may be limited. I've attached a photo taken from in the cupboard below.

Old metal roof is leaking, we will need to put a tarp over the roof until we can get new roof put in. from google maps, it is approx 150sqm. Happy to consider repairs to the roof as well, but I have heard it is beyond repairs.
