Taps dripping even when turned off completely. Two showers and 3 sinks drops are like 10 seconds apart

Our bathroom 1X sink taps (both hot and cold) are not functioning properly. Both taps are loose and cannot be tightened. Additionally,our 1X shower tap knobs have been tightened, but water is still dripping from the shower.Need to fix both.

Kitchen taps, bathroom taps need washers replaced as they are all dripping.

I have a central AC and AC is fine but advantage air tablet has stopped working. I called the advantage air and they said it need upgrade. I am looking for someone who may be able to either get it going for summer or upgrade it all together.

Our central AC is DAIKIN when we switch it on after a minute the fuse trips.

Existing steps are falling away and will need to be rebuilt with 2 risers and 2 goings at 2 courses high for each step. Work also required directly next to steps to fill gap. Have about 25 solid core bricks that can be used construct the steps (see 3rd picture).
