Carpet had been stripped by previous owner which left big gaps between floorboards and skirting. Scotia needs to be installed to fill these gaps so draft and pests don't enter through them.

Need four small stumps removed. Pretty straight forward if you have a chain saw. We have a skip bin in driveway so need to also be put in there.

Need two leaky taps fixed. One is over the bathtub (first pic). This one can just be shut off without a replacement. The other in the shower can either be fixed or replaced. I've been told these taps are a bit special.
