I need an electrician to test and relocate an UPS (photo attached) which is installed in the roof for room doors shutter backup in case of power surge. Few days ago due to power surge the UPS was damaged as 2 shutters in the house now not operating. this UPS was already replaced about 5 years ago but now the replacement also failed. the job involves either going through the celling access panel or going up on the roof which is about 2.3m high, remove few roof tiles and retrieve the UPS and test it, if not working I will provide new replacement but I also need to relocate UPS to new location for easier access in case it fails again in the future. - Due date: Flexible

Bathroom exhuast fan hanging down on one side. Gap between ceiling wall hole and exhuast fan where the screws are screwed in. Also looking to have exhaust fan in 2nd bathroom replaced (same size as shown in photo). New exhuast fan has already been purchased, just needs to be swapped over
