Clean out existing weep holes as necessary. Re-point one ridge cap which has been temporarily fixed with silicon, located on a hip. It is a 2 story house. Flexible Pointing colour is terracotta. We are a lighting business. We have some round 300mm diameter seeded glass pendant lamps made in clear glass. We need them painted in a pale green glass. We have an example pendant showing the desired finish. We are in Pennant Hills, but can take these glass pendant lamps anywhere within 250km of Sydney 7 days within a moments notice to have this job completed fast. We need about 8 pendant lamps done. I have attached photo of the clear glass pendant we start with, and also a photos of the pale green pendant we need to accomplish. The steps leading to the lower deck is broken in rain. I'm not sure if it can be repositioned and screwed, or we need to get new wooden steps as the existing ones might have got worn out as it got drenched in rain.
