My dad’s old Simpson washing machine has stopped filling with water. He thinks it’s the sensor? It’s a Simpson ezi sensor 8kg top loader. WT802 model. I would like to get someone to fix it for him asap if possible. I will pay $300

Its working but no printing

After the two recent rains, we noticed water dripping from the ceiling in a bedroom on the ground floor of our two-story townhouse. Directly above the ceiling is the balcony on the first floor, which is an open area. We need someone to inspect and identify the source of the water leak, fix the issue, and re-plaster the ceiling. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I made a hole in the ceiling to investigate, and it appears the water is dripping directly above the hole.

Hi, I need two people for a very quick job, to move 1x ikea malm drawers upstairs inside my house. Assembled already but the drawers can be removed. The unit isn’t too heavy, probably only a 5-10 minute job. Thank you

Cd drive not working might need to be replaced

2 x sink taps and 2 shower taps need fixing or replacing. Hot sink tap does not flow. Cold tap drips. Both shower taps are loose and need fixing.

I have six bathroom taps that require maintenance and replacement of washers. Prefer someone who is experienced that this.

I have 3x sets of taps as pictured, that likely need the washers replaced. 2x sets are dripping and suspect the washers are gone. Please quote including labour and washer replacements. If you think it’s something else please tell me what you think it may be and then we can discuss plans. 2x seem to need making a loud noise too when water is running.

Looking for someone to fit these electric lamps on the ceiling there is wired connection. You just need to detach the wires from the electric spotlight and attach it to the lamp. You might need to place a hole in the ceiling as well.

I have a Phillips bridge home network system that connects to the lights and other devices. I’ve been away a few months and it’s stopped working. Wifi is functioning fine but I can’t figure out the problem.

I’ve just moved into a new house and have two small plumbing jobs. I want to get a small cold water tap installed behind the fridge. The space for the fridge in the kitchen is across from the kitchen sink. The house is on stumps so there is access under the house (about a meter clearance). See attached house plan for location and approximate distance from kitchen sink. I also want to replace the mixer tap on the kitchen sink with one I’m getting from Bunnings, so just need that installed.
