We have previously had a stump grinder in to grind our stumps - Madasgascar dragon trees. However, he did not fully remove the stumps, they were only ground below ground level, so are still there. Want to replant the garden beds so need someone to completely remove the 5x stumps (circled in red before grinding). Photos attached of the stumps now (can't really see them properly but they are there). Also need the ground mulch from the garden beds removed so the garden bed is clean and ready for planting. Tasker to bring whatever tools they need to remove the stumps.

Laundry reno. Removal of old sink and laundry cupboard and installation of new sink, cupboard and benchtop. We will have all materials (kaboodle from Bunnings) so only need someone with the tools and expertise. If possible, a tiler to redo the splashback Ashwell. Again, we have the tiles and grout. I had a new tv wall mounted and connected to home internet however now 2 days in Netflix nor any apps connect to the internet and I keep getting error messages saying the connection is unstable.. shown in pic attachment I think it may need programming correctly?? …

I have a problem with big insects (large crickets, large brown cockroaches) coming in from outside, and need help figuring out where they are coming in from, as I have fly screens on all windows, and keep the front door closed. My apartment is on the 1st floor (not a ground floor). I think there may be quite a few entry points through gaps in the outside wall, around pipes, maybe drain. Not sure. I d like someone with experience with pest to help inspect for large gaps, and help me seal them - to reduce the likelihood of insects entering this way. You ll probably need a ladder.
