I have set up Zoho the email for my small business. However, I am struggling with creating group and aliase email. I want the email to be able to send from the aliases or group email I have created. I also want to organise the incoming mails to go to the alias or group mail folder created (I am not sure if this would be possible). Apart from setting up the email, I would love have initial advice on what functions on Zoho email are available to be utilised as a business email.
