Need a quick paint for ready for sale, small house one colour only including gutters

Hi, I need some French exterior wooden doors replaced on a bedroom balcony. I also need about 2 square metres of painted tiles cleaned - i.e. the paint removed from the tiles.

Need someone to prep the weatherboards on the exterior of our 2 story Queenslander home for painting. Only the top level/half of the 2 sides and back of house need prepping. The front and lower half is new wood and paint due to house being raised. Lead has been identified in the old/upper part of the home so needs to be prepped inline with rules and safety regulations.

Second level of the townhouse needs to be repainted (2 coats), paint is supplied for the job and the price is negotiable

It was a crack on the wall. I have fixed it myself but it is in two different colours now.

Paint 2 exterior brick/metal walls and timber fence in rear courtyard. Come in the morning to do the 1st coat and then come back after 2 hours to do the 2nd coat. I will supply the paint as shown in pic. You will need to have brushes, rollers and drop sheet to prevent spills on new pavers.

I need the upper level timber cladding coated in oil ( oil and scaffold in place ready to go). I’ve done the long side myself in 4hrs ( 2 coats) so this should be about the same time - shorter but need to move scaffold. ( I’m not comfortable working on the scaffold- you would need to be accustomed to this) and would best suit tall painter! Applied by wool applicator on pole. Experienced handymen/ painters only. Must have insurance

Looking for a quote to finish painting the back exterior of our home. My dad began the job but has sustained an injury outside of this and so is unable to finish it. It's a multi level home and most of the painting is done but its upper levels that need to be finished. Would also be interested in having someone quote also painting the house eaves as part of this job. We have the paint remaining so would not need paint supplied just labour and equipment for painting. I work from home multiple times a week so could fit in a mid-week job as well.
