Paint the render of our home double storey

Outdoor patio ceiling needs painting plus a coat on some external Cladding on the patio also. Small patch up on cladding where water has damaged the paint. Would like a separate quote for the front fence which is a concrete fence and needs a coat of paint

Scope of Work + Exterior Sealing: The gaps around the outside of the window frame need to be sealed properly to make it weatherproof and look neat. + Interior Sealing and Finishing: Similar sealing is needed inside to give the window edges a clean and uniform finish. + Perimeter Border Fixings: Install trim, mouldings, or external flashings around the edges to cover any raw edges and improve both functionality and appearance.

I would like to get the exterior of my weatherboard house sanded where needed and painted. Including window frames. I can supply paint.

House needs painting entire exterior including newly clad shed (corrugated iron), underside of bullnose verandah and pergola Verandah & Pergola will be cleared and decks sanded for Monday Jan 27 Need job completed by Feb 1 I have an airless sprayer you can use if needed

We need the south wall of our house repainted. It is Hardy plank type cladding.

Front pillars of house need a good paint.

This single exterior wall has a patchy paint job and needs a second coat and additional paint. Just this one side wall on second level section is required. Wall has a light stucco texture. The rest of the house is fine. I can supply paint and rollers/brushes if required. Easy access on to roof with ladder but the roof section is narrow (80cm approx). Happy for the wall to be sprayed if that is easier/quicker.

Patching to existing render and make ready for painting. Clean up joint between James Hardie fine texture sheets and existing rendered brick wall below. Patch old bracket holes, etc.

There are three exterior rendered walls. Pics below 2 x Coats of paint I have the paint. 25L Dulux Weathershield It's really just the exterior, as the interior of these walls will have soil. You would only need to protect the front stairs from splatter.
