Need a detailed report photographic of the inside of the house, please make sure to take photos from every angle and I need minimum of 80 photos from inside the house, including living room, rooms, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, all windows, walls, ceilings, floors, kitchen, toilets, toilet walls. I also need a video please as well. I also need photos from the outside of the house, backyard, front house, box meter, driveway, doors, windows, locks basically everything.

Garden wall: 2 coats paint. Estimated 30m long X 1.2m high. Part of wall includes steps as per pictures. Plus paint front gate posts and wall. Patio roof trim/edging (see picture): will need 2 coats of primer plus 1-2coats paint. Is small area to paint but very stained and part is over steps. Will need very tall ladder. We've removed some old timber from a wall, just under the roof line, and so we now need the area patched and rendered smooth to match the rest of the wall. The total area to do is roughly 3m x 20cm.

This single exterior wall has a patchy paint job and needs a second coat and additional paint. Just this one side wall on second level section is required. Wall has a light stucco texture. The rest of the house is fine. I can supply paint and rollers/brushes if required. Easy access on to roof with ladder but the roof section is narrow (80cm approx). Happy for the wall to be sprayed if that is easier/quicker.
