Large wooden gate between house and colorbond fence. Wooden post on latch side mounted in concrete has rotted at base and fallen over. Gate is fine just need post replaced.

I share a side fence with my neighbour at the back of my house which needs replacing. I’m looking for a new single paling timber fence to be installed - approx 7 metres long. Standard height of about 1.7m. Expect a post will need to be placed approx every 1.5m. Most of the fence is open whilst a small portion of approx 2m runs alongside the structure of our house. A photo is included that shows this to be quite overgrown - I intend on clearing out this space when I remove the fence, so no need to include removal in your quote. Please include carting the existing fence material away in your quote.
