I need help with the mechanism in my blinds so that I can open them

I have a prefabricated bathroom shaving cabinet which I have built but I am not confident to screw it to the wall. I also think screw plugs may be required, but unsure. I have removed the old cabinet however the screw holes do not match the new cabinet. I have attached photos of the wall and the inside of the new cabinet where screws are required.
