Recommission and install fireplace place

I have 2 fireplace areas to fix. In need of basic advice and work please. Fireplace 1 in lounge have mostly removed render which was over brick. Second fireplace in bedroom have purchased new electric fireplace. Need to look to close chimney? And fix wall/paint where prior fireplace was removed. Please and thanks!

Have stripped render off an internal fireplace and need it cleaned up, mortared and some brick repairs so it can be sealed. Looking at retaining the original wall but need it cleaned up. - Due date: Flexible

We need the front of the centre of the built-in-bbq area (infront if the chimney) carefully knocked out and the side walls tidied up and rebuilt so we can slide a pot belly in there. We would like it to look tidy and professional and don’t have the skills! Hi I need a Cannon Fitzroy gas fireplace installed. The builder already made the box up also the gas and electric points are installed in the box. You need to fit the proper flue and install the heater. I think horizontal flue is more easy. The backside wall is heable, so easy to cut the hole. It is in the first floor, there is easy access. House is in Marleston. Thank you

Remove Mantle Piece and Shelf. Expose wall in front of chimney. Enlarge Recess as will be discussed - Due date: Flexible

Fire Place recess is small and our new Fire Box takes up the whole recess. No Heat can transfer to the room and goes straight up the Chimney. The existing Mantle Place and Mantle Shelf needs to be removed exposing the wall around the Chimney then the Fire Place Recess needs to be enlarged to allow our Fire Box to be replaced and allow heat to transfer to the room. - Due date: Flexible

55" samsung Frame TV to be wallmounted above fireplace (into brick/sandstone wall) existing power & antenna point behind TV may need to be moved/removed as TV sits flush to the wall. TBC - Due date: Flexible

Stone veneer cladding of the inside and outside of 2x fireplaces (chimneys not to be clad). All prep work, stone fixing to fireplace, and clean up to be done by you. Fixing adhesive and stone veneer will be supplied. - Due date: Flexible
