Install a Milkcan 7-line folding clothesline on an external rendered wall. The wall sounds a bit hollow when tapped, so it may not be standard brick. Looking for someone who can check the wall type and use the right fixings to install it securely. Clothesline supplied — just need installation and any suitable fixings/tools. Wall mounted pine bannisters from Hammersmith require installation. Wall appears to be hollow and may need dar backing installed. Existing handrails on opposite wall require removal.

I need someone to install my Milkcan clothesline into concrete. For this install the height and length need to be shortened, as well as installing into concrete. Plaster the wall to patch holes from cavity left by wall mounted heater. 3. Paint both skirting and wall to match. Includes supplying small quantity of paint. 4. Optional if skilled. Patch the carpet in front, happy to take from a wardrobe. 5. Touch up other downlighting with the same paint where LEDs have been installed (as pictured). 5 total. Looking for someone to install a cornice and flush/sand one wall and a boxed area. Also need a few repairs where Gyprock paper has ripped off and screw holes in room need repair.

Hang a number of framed pictures on walls. A few on plaster over brick walls, rest on gyprock and study walls. Have some fittings. May need to supply others.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo). Looking for someone experienced with render or texture coat repairs who can patch, texture match, and repaint/blend the area neatly. Located in Adelaide. Please quote including materials if possible. Experience with acrylic render/texture coat preferred.

Paint will be provided for: 1 x sand and paint kitchen skirting board 1 x fill and paint kitchen patch 2 x small paint patch in kitchen 1x large wall behind tv paint, minor sand and fill. Gap fill in skirting board.

Take down old washing line and install new one (same dimensions). Hang 800 mm mirror and two small photos.
