A tenant seems to have spilt something on hardwood floor which has stained the floor. We tried cleaning it but it doesn’t come off easily and may need some sort of repair work. I prefer a professional floor repair person, especially if it needs sanding and repolishing

The flooring is made up of plywood panels laid / glued on concrete (foundation) with vinyl glued on top of the plywood. The flooring was fine for several years. It appears that the heat has caused expansion of the plywood which has now bent in certain areas causing the floor to come up. This has occurred in several areas (3 to 4 areas) We have spare vinyl that can be used for repair. Solutions / suggestions welcomed that achieve functional and aesthetic suitability. There have been attempts to drill the mdf now but it does not sustain. Welcome thoughts and approximate quotes to address this.
